Beef Brisket has its own religion in the barbeque world and deserves a rub worthy of its status. While salt and pepper rubs are the most traditional, this rub invites a couple more spices to the party. You can easily scale up this rub recipe by changing the ingredient units from Tbsp to 1/4 Cup measurements. This rub is also great on Beef Short Ribs.
Pro Tip: Use a 50/50 mixture of yellow hotdog mustard and dill pickle juice as a binder for your rub
