It doesn’t matter if you ask for blue cheese dressing or blue cheese dip as long as you don’t ask for ranch! Ranch is for kids and I stand by that. This recipe is low effort and high reward… my favorite kind of recipe. You can sling this together in less than ten minutes the night before entertaining then blow the socks off even your most discerning guests with almost no effort.
Ingredients
There are no curveballs on the ingredients list. You should be able to find everything you need at your local grocer.
- Mayonnaise
- Onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Sour Cream
- Lemon Juice
- White Vinegar
- Crumble Blue Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Blue Cheese Dressing
Gather all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Mix them together. That’s it, you’re done. Store your dip in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
If you would like a more pourable salad dressing style outcome, mix in a little bit of milk. Like a tablespoon or two. Just be sure to add it in a little bit at a time until you reach your desired consistency because you can not take it back out.
