Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce with Pineapple

A Thanksgiving staple, this sweet and well balanced sauce will add that extra kick your turkey needs. Try it as a dip or add it to a charcutier board with crackers and cheeses to enjoy it year round

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Cups Crushed Pineapple (with Juice)
  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Grand Marnier

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the Sugars, Cinnamon, and Orange Juice and stir until the sugars are dissolved. (about 5 min)
  • Add the Cranberries, Raspberries, and Pineapple. Stir frequently until the sauce thickens, about 25 min. Remove from heat and stir in the Gran Marnier.

Notes

If you have the time, let the sauce rest in the refrigerator over night to let all the flavors distribute evenly.
